A	Sales items are not up for bidding, users can only purchase them through our Buy Now button. With this feature, you can opt to buy more than one item at a time. Bulk purchase may subject to reduction of delivery cost and with this, you can save up a sum of money!.

Q	Can I cancel my bid item?
A	We sincerely hope that our users do not abuse the system. Bid made shall not be undone by our system. In the event of cancellation, please send in to support@leilaoshop for your request.

What is Buy Now and how it works?

Buy Now is a function provided for bidder who want to buy the item straight away without waiting for the auction to end. Confirmation Email will be sent to your email address and you may proceed to do the payment.

Upon receiving the payment, we will then proceed to deliver the product to your registered postal address. Do assist us by checking the item to "Received" after receipt of your product. This helps our system to track down the delivery status and so we can ensure that our customers are always satisfied!

Q	How is the winner determined?
A	When the countdown timer reaches ZERO, the last bidder will be the winner of that auction. Winners will be notified via email and sms.

Q	What will happen for the winner?
A	An email will be sent to the winner. In the case where you cannot find the email in your inbox, look into the junk mail just in case. You will be required to reply within 14 days or the product will go to the next winner.
